Reporting to the Sales Director, this key commercial role will focus on taking the full suite of the company's innovative products and services to new customers, helping explore and tailor customer-centric solutions and ultimately secure new business revenue streams as a part of the company's growth strategy.

What you'll do

  • Secure new business across target clients
  • Take ownership of your business segment with full business planning and accurate forecasting and delivery of revenues to sales tagets
  • Achieve success by combining intelligent insights, innovative technology and a passion for giving clients the best experience
  • Promote the company's brand, products, services and solutions to propective clients whether over the phone, face-to-face, by social media, networking or other ways
  • Create and follow up marketing leads and any other leads generated by business activities in a timely and effective manner
  • Build long-term client relationships with the aim of ensuring revenue is maximised over time
  • Keep up to date wit market news and changes to enable the company to respond to market and industry trends quickly
  • Work seamlessly with marketing teams and colleagues in client solutions, continuously striving to come up with new and interesting ways to rech the market
  • Own commercial conversations and actively facilitate teams in deliveing proposls, tenders, pitches and pricing negotiations
  • Travel to clients as required

Who you are

  • Sales professional experienced in prospecting, fact-finding, qualifying leads and converting interest into new business opportunities
  • Strong track record of consultative solutions selling and delivering business development growth
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player
  • Experienced using CRM and other technology to help support and generate new business
  • Exceptional communicator and a great listener
  • Strong intellect with a high level of curiosity and integrity
  • Comfortable working with senior executives
  • Speak confidnetly about products and services
  • Always think commercially when talking with clients
