As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be the face of the company, confidently representing the brand, the way the client does business and embracing the values the company upholds is fundamental.
The key responsibility is to facilitate process improvement of driving adoption and net active partner/client expansion usage across the solution suite.
This role is predominantly phone-based, with elements of customer-facing work.
About you - what we are looking for:
- Onboarding/Customer Success experience
- Experience or exposure with the accounting/bookkeeping industry
- Experience working with KPI's/targets/quotas
- SasS experience
- Accounting software knowledge (Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc).
