To support continued growth, our client is in search of a sales trainer who has the passion, experience and know-how to inspire salespeople to sell cyber security solutions through outstanding customer engagement.
This exciting role has high visibility throughout the organisation and entails delivering industry-leading training to field sales, inside sales, pre-sales, marketing personnel and partner network in the APAC region.
- Develop training content for delivery of new sales training programs
- Conduct skills gap analyses with the sales team to identify areas of improvement
- Instructional design (classroom, virtual and eLearning).
- Deliver sales training programs effectively, achieving high evaluation ratings
Working directly with the Director of Sales Enablement, sales management and business, this role is of a hybrid onsite & remote nature.
Required Experience & Skills
Sales experience in technology companies, selling enterprise and/or mid-market solutions, ideally 2+ years experience
Excellent presentation, facilitation, classroom delivery and management skills
Ability to tailor training delivery style to the audience and apply sales skills to real-life sale scenarios, leveraging field examples
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail
A university degree with a credit rating or above, in any discipline
Fluency in English is essential
Other Valued Experience & Skills
Qualifications in teaching and sales are desirable but not essential
Sales leadership experience would be a distinct advantage
