Be a part of a highly energetic sales and marketing team, providing software and IT solutions to legal/professional services firms! This is a fantastic opportunity for those that want to work with some of the greatest clients.
As an account manager, you are to support business growth by maintaining and building strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction!
This role would be focused on iManage Documents and Email Management solutions, although you are to have an understanding of solutions such as contract management, document automation and collaboration tools to name a few.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to the agreed business and market development strategy
- Plan, execute and prioritise all the required sales activities and client engagement to achieve agreed business objectives and targets
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims
- Present solutions at client meetings and at company events necessary for business development purposes
- Report on results, activities, market and competitor activities while maintaining an appropriate level of information in internal company systems
- Maintain and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
