As a Technical Reporting Specialist, you will deliver outcomes to satisfy clients’ business and operational reporting requirements

Responsibilities

Own the report-building process from start to finish and then successfully transfer skills to the client for ongoing usage and development

Collaborate and work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and objectives

Understand requirements and data architecture to produce engaging reports and dashboards that empower people to resolve their issues across jurisdictions

Analyse data, create reports and dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement, anticipate customer needs, and field client requests

Position Requirements

• Educated. B.Tech, M.Tech (preferred) with excellent analytic, writing, and communication skills
• You will be “hands-on” & love to learn new software and push the boundaries to provide a lead position and optimum service for clients
• Independent and creative, yet collaborative and consultative problem solver with an inquisitive mind and not afraid to use it
• The ideal candidate must be a passionate, high-energy, strategic, and technically savvy performance-based consultant with a track record of success
• Must be able to work very closely and successfully with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Client Services teams + Clients
• Expertise using Reporting tools (Sisense, SSRS…) and strong SQL skills
• Experienced in project and process management with a track record of problem-solving and innovation
