Our international fast-growing legal technology client is seeking a legal industry software implementation consultant.

In this exciting and versatile role, you will have the responsibility to successfully implement solutions for their Japanese law firm clients.

You will be the key person in ensuring that their clients are successfully onboarded onto new systems and ensure that clients obtain the most out of their solutions by addressing their business requirements.

As the face and voice of the post-sales business, you will be a key part of the team with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. 

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with newly signed clients to initiate signed-off projects
• Conduct ongoing online and on-premise meetings as part of the engagements
• Deliver end-to-end consulting services to implement the solutions
• Develop and update training documentation and videos as required
  
• Investigate advanced customer issues for resolution with the support team

Consultant Requirements

• Experience and understanding of the operations of a law firm
• Enjoy being challenged while remaining client focused
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously without supervision
• Lateral thinker with the ability to resolve challenges with creative solutions
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Always looking for ways to improve processes and work more efficiently
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Japanese and English
