We are searching for a dynamic iManage Technical Support Consultant looking to draw upon their in-house knowledge of supporting their organisation and to take this experience to work with many clients spanning multiple projects in Australia.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career and learn from a market leader to develop your technical and problem-solving skills, analyse and resolve client challenges, develop best practices, and ensure customer success.

Our client is searching for individuals who are ready for a challenge, work well in a collaborative environment, can work autonomously, and want to develop their careers.

You will have an existing background in supporting and resolving software and configuration issues in complex multi-tiered application environments. 

Along with iManage experience, the successful candidate will have existing good technical skills relating to networks, MS Windows servers, SQL databases and knowledge of Web technologies.
