Technical Support Engineer

Our client seeks a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join their Client Success team and support leading law firms and innovative corporations with their technologies.
If you love learning and ever-changing technologies and enjoy resolving clients' challenges, this role could be for you.
You will manage the support queue and interact with clients via (email, phone, web conference, or in person) to diagnose and resolve product or environment-related issues as well as major third-party products and toolsets.
You will exercise critical thinking and independent judgement in selecting troubleshooting methods and techniques to resolve matters while working closely with the Engineering, QA, and Product teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client service skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Motivated by a fast-paced team environment and can work on multiple complex tasks at any one time
- Technical literacy and a quick study with new technologies
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a legal tech software/services company
- Object Oriented Programming - Microsoft ASP.NET and C#
- Web Server Administration and Configuration (Microsoft IIS 7, 8 & 10)
- Microsoft Windows 2016
- SQL scripting with TSQL and Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2017, and 2019 experience
- SQL Server Reporting Services
- Other - .NET Core, Angular, WCF
Applicants must reside in the United Kingdom with full working rights. Also, this position may require on-call availability at times.
