We are in search of a new Business Development Manager for our international client introducing world-class software development services executed by remote teams.

Role Requirements

This position requires a sales professional, preferably with experience in introducing outsourcing services to Australian organisations.

Skills and Experience

A strong sales work ethic while consistently building and closing the pipeline through focused efforts is what is required. Applicants should have high levels of enthusiasm, drive and determination, and work as part of an international team.

The successful candidate must have:

• A strong consultative sales pedigree with sharp BD skills and focus
• Ability to prospect - perform cold colds, social selling + other lead gen work
• Exceptional rapport-building skills with the ability to maintain trust with clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully negotiate and close opportunities
• Australian citizenship or PR status
