  • A rich history with a Professional Services team, especially in the SaaS or related tech domain.
  • Educational roots in computer science/engineering for the tech-savvy managers out there.
  • A robust technical background paired with hands-on software development experience.
  • A master communicator: both with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
  • A seasoned professional with at least five years as a services consultant.
