About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client’s growth, representing their cutting-edge solutions to law firms and professional services organisations. This field-based position requires exceptional face-to-face, telephone, and writing skills, as well as a strong business acumen to conduct thorough needs analyses and build lasting relationships with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Hunt and generate qualified leads within your geographical territory.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust with account stakeholders through your knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Client Networking: Network with prospects and existing customers, both over the phone and in person, to create win/win solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Stay on top of sales opportunities, navigating through customer organisations with frequent contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Client Experience team to manage client upgrades and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiation Skills: Explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a focus on finance, marketing, sales management, or supply chain management.
- 3+ years of experience selling at the C-level or to business owners, preferably in software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong new business development skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding customer-focused account management skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills.
