Client Engagement Manager - Recruitment
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of legal services. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, aligning our capabilities with their business objectives to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and addressing their concerns effectively.

Service Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee the delivery of legal services, ensuring alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.

Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.

Strategic Consulting:
- Understand client business goals and provide insights to optimize their legal operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and proactively offer solutions that drive client success.

Performance Management:
- Track and report on engagement performance, using metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field; a legal qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience preferably in the legal, professional services, or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver results.
- Strong understanding of legal services and/or legal recruitment is an advantage.
