Technical consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them optimise their use of our innovative cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and support, to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customisation, and integration of solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver technical training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates to offer innovative solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and development and product teams to influence product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with legal accounting and billing products or similar platforms is a plus.
