Business Development Manager – Australia & New Zealand

Employment Type: Full-Time – Fully Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a top-performing BDM for Australia and New Zealand to drive growth in the region. You will represent a cutting-edge technology brand in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while collaborating with a talented team across the globe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australia and New Zealand region.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, delivering demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships within the legal profession and legal technology markets.
  • Promote brand awareness and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to enhance product offerings and support continuous improvement.
  • Host webinars, coordinate client testimonials, and create case studies.
  • Stay informed on legal sector trends and emerging technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • A results-driven, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Experience in the legal profession or legal technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and proficiency with sales tools and software.
  • Experience leading or managing sales teams is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
