Collaboration takes place in-office three days a week at the Sydney hub—where you'll join forces in whiteboarding sessions, workflow refinements, and creative problem-solving. The culture values adaptability, diverse workstyles, and bold thinking.

💼 Your Mission

As the in-house estate law expert, your role will bridge the gap between legal practice and product innovation. You will:

- Provide deep domain knowledge on estate law across all Australian jurisdictions

- Translate complex legal processes into data-driven design guides

- Build and leverage a network of estate law professionals for insights and feedback

- Partner with product and engineering teams throughout discovery and delivery

- Support go-to-market strategies and collaborate with leading integration partners

- Represent the business at national events and legal seminars

🧠 What You Bring

- A law degree and 5+ years of experience in estate law practice

- Solid understanding of legal technologies and practice management systems (LEAP, Smokeball, etc.)

-Exceptional research and analytical thinking

- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
