We are looking for a switched on professional to join the UK's leading provider of switchboard support services to some of the top law firms on the market. This role will make you a part of a business that has been renowned for combining exceptional people with bespoke technology to deliver an excellent service experience to professional service firms. Their service enables firms to create a high quality first impression in the eyes of their clients whatever time of day they call.

 

In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key part in the growth of the business by building strong relationships and closely working with the clients who are fundamental to the revenue generation and the future of the company.  

 

Responsibilities in the role

  • Be the first point of contact for assigned clients and be able to manage and resolve operational requirements to ensure no attrition
  • Identify solutions for clients through effective relationship management at both operational and C-level
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities and ensure said opportunities are tracked to a successful conclusion utilising CRM and tracking mechanisms
  • Upsell to existing clients with quota-carrying targets 
  • Understand clients' business direction
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the service and resolve any concerns with the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure a proactive and forward thinking approach in identifying changes in client needs 


The ideal candidate

  • Experience in managing client relationships 
  • Proven success in selling process and techniques
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to review and interpret data and MI 
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Experience in a professional services environment 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Understanding of budgets and margins
  • Technical comprehension
  • Understanding regulatory environment and how it can benefit clients
  • Able to act according to own insight and to handle independently diverse situations and problems
  • Can develop an understanding of the functioning of the organisation, its formal and informal decision processes and consciously incorporate this knowledge  within the function
