Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored success plans, ensuring they derive maximum value from solutions.
- Proactively monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion of services.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to clients, helping them navigate challenges and leverage products effectively.
- Act as an advocate for clients, championing their needs and driving internal initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably within the legal technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus.
