Knowledge Management Consultant
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Knowledge Management Consultant to join their team. As a Knowledge Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimise their knowledge assets, improve collaboration, and enhance organisational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their knowledge management needs and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
- Design and implement knowledge management frameworks, processes, and systems to facilitate efficient knowledge capture, storage, retrieval, and sharing.
- Conduct knowledge audits and analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to client teams on knowledge management best practices and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in knowledge management and make recommendations for their adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, information science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years in law firm KM/Innovation space, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- They will have in-depth knowledge of core technology stacks within legal environments, including selection and implementation of enterprise search and workflow tools, business intelligence platforms within the KM function, DMS software, and emerging Generative AI tools, as well as experience advising clients on using vendor-based low/no-code solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with knowledge management software platforms
- Certifications in knowledge management or related areas (e.g., Certified Knowledge Manager, Certified Information Professional) would be advantageous.
