We are partnering with a globally expanding professional services and development company specialising in the legal sector—and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their team in Melbourne.

🌟 About the Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of legal technology and business innovation. You’ll work directly with law firms across Australia and internationally to deliver tailored software solutions, integrations, and implementations that optimise their legal operations.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and adaptable team that thrives on solving complex problems, building long-term client relationships, and pushing the boundaries of legal tech.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery: Consult with legal clients to understand business needs and technical requirements

Solution Design: Scope, document, and translate client requirements into technical specs

Software Implementation: Lead end-to-end rollouts including integration, testing, and configuration

Training & Support: Deliver engaging training and support post-go-live

Innovation: Collaborate globally and stay up to date on legal tech trends

🧩 You’ll Bring

- Experience in legal technology or working with law firms

- Prior experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, or Implementation Specialist

- Familiarity with tools such as iManage, NetDocuments, Actionstep, Clio, or similar platforms

- Understanding of APIs, data migration, and systems integration

- Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
