Are you looking to launch your career in accounting and finance with a market leading global insurance company? Our client is hiring a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team based in Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role supports the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Key tasks include:
🧾 Processing accounts payable: invoice entry, approvals, and payments
💳 Managing credit card expense entries and reconciliations
📥 Monitoring and replying to emails in the Finance inbox
💰 Recording EFT receipts and reconciling payments
📈 Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
📂 Supporting general finance and admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level role, so we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow. Ideally, you will have:
A degree (or working towards one) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and organisational skills
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of accounting principles (bonus points!)
