Account Executive / BDM Philippines - legal technology SMB

We are currently seeking a BDM or Account Executive with legal tech or legal research sales experience in the Philippines. This role will be based out of Manila on a remote basis and will also involve occasional travel internationally for meetings and events. This will be the first hire for our client in the Philippines and will drive success of the market there.
You will be both hunter and trusted advisor to clients, able to give sound advice, product demonstrations and solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen, resourcefulness and determination.
About You:
- You will have 2-5 years in SaaS sales with some legal technology or legal research / information experience and a knowledge of law firm market in the Philippines region.
- You enjoy and are successful at hunting new business in law firms and selling to lawyers.
- You thrive in a rapid-growth and fast paced environment and can focus on high volume sales to law firms.
- You are a dedicated professional eager to take deals to the close.
- You are a genuine team player and share knowledge.
- You are confident, articulate and sensitive to the needs of both customers and team members
About the Role:
- Create a robust pipeline of leads via phone, email and face to face.
- Convert qualified leads using telephone, email, f2f and virtual product demonstrations;
- Use Salesforce.com to prioritize, organize, and set appointments for qualified leads, and opportunities through View, Tasks and Calendar.
- Ensure key metrics, including number of qualified leads and conversion rate at various stages of the funnel.
- Work with Product Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Support in order to provide solutions to customers.
- Forecast, negotiate and close deals.
- Help to develop business cases for customers.
What you should bring:
- Legal-tech experience or experience selling solutions to law firms in the Philippines
- End to end sales experience, both qualifying and closing
