We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to bring expertise and individuality to this opening. Focused primarily on the Australian mid-law sector, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills and professional network within the evolving legal technology landscape.
A strong sales work ethic is essential, with the ability to consistently build and close pipeline opportunities through direct prospecting and partner referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a defined sales territory, targeting mid-sized law firms across Australia.
Execute the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, qualification, and demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
Build trusted relationships with partners, IT stakeholders, and firm leadership teams.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
Drive business development efforts through cold calling, social selling, referrals, and channel collaboration.
Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
Work closely with marketing, partner, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client success and retention.
Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in a sales-specific role within the legal, professional services, or SaaS industry.
Proven ability to manage territory-based sales and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Strong consultative selling background with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success driving new business through outbound activity and partner networks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills with a professional and engaging style.
Highly organised, forward-thinking, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required.
