Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the business development team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the legal industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a strong business acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
