Account Executive
Our client, an innovative and progressive organisation is seeking a driven and consultative Account Executives to maximise their business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and relationship-building efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities with legal service providers.
- Consistently surpassing prospecting and revenue targets.
- Apply consultative sales methodologies to uncover process inefficiencies and deliver effective solutions.
- Adhere to a structured approach to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success. Deliver precise and timely forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an Account Executive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, ideally within the legal sector
- Proven expertise in prospecting and securing new business opportunities
- Demonstrated a history of surpassing sales targets and effectively managing sales pipelines
- Possesses a sense of urgency and competitiveness, driven by a continuous quest for knowledge and professional growth
- Strong aptitude for consultative approaches and discovery techniques, adept at cultivating and nurturing client relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting and delivering compelling business propositions
- Exhibits executive presence and achieves sales success through various communication channels, including phone, email, and videoconferencing
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoom, and DocuSign is advantageous
