Sales Development Representative
Our client, a dynamic forward-thinking company is searching for a driven Business Development Representative, where you'll be instrumental in driving our client's market presence and growth strategy. As a key member of their team, you'll focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the clients' overarching growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and assess customer needs
- Utilise various communication methods for outbound prospecting and establishing contact with potential clients.
- Introduce our company to prospects through direct communication, meetings, networking events, and professional platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with our services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and execute effective growth strategies.
- Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client feedback, providing regular insightful reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development within Saas. Legal tech is a plus!
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent research and strategic analysis abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in law
