Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our clients team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal services, and a proven track record of managing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align services to meet those needs.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, including reporting on key metrics, progress, and any issues or risks. Utilise data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance client satisfaction. Conduct regular reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client experience.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and aligned with company policies and client expectations.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to inform strategic account decisions and provide value to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the legal services, professional services, or consulting sectors.
