Our client is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and leveraging automation to enhance operational performance. What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Optimizing Operations: Identify inefficiencies in business processes, develop scalable solutions, and implement automation tools to reduce manual work.

✅ Driving Workflow Improvements: Partner with teams across Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to map and refine workflows for maximum efficiency.

✅ Leveraging Emerging Tech: Research and implement low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, and Google Suite to drive operational excellence.

✅ Supporting Tech Enablement: Manage company hardware, provide fast issue resolution, and ensure a seamless technology experience for employees.

✅ Ensuring Security & Compliance: Collaborate with IT security to maintain data integrity and cybersecurity best practices.

✅ Tracking Success Metrics: Measure efficiency gains, time savings, and stakeholder satisfaction to showcase the impact of process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

🔹 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business support.

🔹 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose impactful solutions.

🔹 Hands-on experience with workflow mapping and process optimization.

🔹 Familiarity with automation tools (Google Suite, Zapier, Airtable, Notion) and a keen interest in AI-driven efficiencies.
