What You’ll Be Doing

âś… Leveraging Emerging Tech: Research and implement low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, and Google Suite to drive operational excellence.
âś… Supporting Tech Enablement: Manage company hardware, provide fast issue resolution, and ensure a seamless technology experience for employees.
âś… Ensuring Security & Compliance: Collaborate with IT security to maintain data integrity and cybersecurity best practices.

What You’ll Bring
🔹 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business support.
🔹 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose impactful solutions.
🔹 Hands-on experience with workflow mapping and process optimization.
