About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to drive recruitment efforts in Northern Ireland. You’ll work with leading legal, tech, and professional services firms, leveraging your expertise to place top talent in key roles.
What You’ll Need
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search or Professional services sales
✅ Strong business development and client management skills
✅ Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to placement
✅ Experience in legal, technology, or professional services recruitment (preferred)
✅ A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
✅ Strong networking and relationship-building skills
