About the Role
Are you a motivated sales professional looking to grow in the legal technology sector? We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive interest in our solutions and expand our customer base across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and excels at consultative sales while building strong relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential legal industry clients.
- Make 65-100 cold calls per day to qualify leads and generate interest in our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and nurture sales opportunities.
- Build an understanding of the assigned territory and legal market trends across APAC.
- Create awareness and schedule product demonstrations for legal professionals.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of sales or transferable experience (cold-calling experience preferred).
- Passion for technology and cloud-based solutions.
- A competitive and results-driven mindset.
- The ability to adapt and continuously improve in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in the APAC market.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✔ Sales experience in SaaS, legal technology, or IT solutions.
✔ Experience selling to law firms, legal professionals, or corporate legal teams.
✔ Knowledge of regional legal market trends and customer needs across APAC.
