What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate the recruitment process for agency and referral candidates — from screening to scheduling interviews and assessments.

• Maintain accurate candidate data in the recruitment system and support reference checks.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support broader HR initiatives and strategic projects.

• Deliver top-tier service to candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.

• Assist in remuneration and bonus review processes by preparing Excel reports and managing data uploads into payroll systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–3 years’ experience in HR, talent acquisition or a people-focused role.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related discipline.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence managing data with accuracy.

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

• A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for supporting people and process improvement.

• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a bonus.
