People & Culture Coordinator

Are you a highly organised, people-first professional looking to build your career in HR? We’re on the lookout for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a passionate and collaborative team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experiences, supporting recruitment operations, and driving cultural initiatives.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of four HR professionals who are committed to fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and continuous development. This is a fast-paced, varied role — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling competing priorities while making a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate the recruitment process for agency and referral candidates — from screening to scheduling interviews and assessments.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the recruitment system and support reference checks.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support broader HR initiatives and strategic projects.
Deliver top-tier service to candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
Assist in remuneration and bonus review processes by preparing Excel reports and managing data uploads into payroll systems.
What You’ll Bring:
1–3 years’ experience in HR, talent acquisition or a people-focused role.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence managing data with accuracy.
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for supporting people and process improvement.
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a bonus.
