We’re working with a fast-growing, global tech company on the lookout for an experienced and driven Lead Account Manager to join their APAC Sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on revenue growth, account retention, and building a high-performing Account Management team.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and grow a Sydney-based team of Account Managers to exceed performance targets
- Build deep, consultative relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Take ownership of the region’s sales pipeline and revenue reporting
- Play a key role in hiring and onboarding new team members, embedding a strong sales culture
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and wider leadership to align local execution with global strategy
- Use CRM and data tools to track KPIs and optimise team performance
🧩 What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech
- Proven success in hitting revenue targets and retaining strategic accounts
- Strong team-building and coaching experience in high-performance environments
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman)
- Confident working with Salesforce and performance reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
