We're on the hunt for a Scrum Master who thrives on solving complex problems, enabling high-performing teams, and delivering real business value. You'll lead Agile delivery across multiple squads, help shape scalable processes, and champion a culture where collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
• Be the Agile champion — coaching, guiding, and inspiring teams to embrace Agile values and practices.
• Facilitate essential ceremonies — stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros, and everything in between.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital products that make a difference.
• Partner with Product Owners to shape roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure business and customer needs are met.
• Proactively remove blockers and smooth out delivery friction.
• Build great relationships with internal stakeholders, helping them understand delivery progress and outcomes.
• Leverage Jira (and other tools) to keep delivery sharp, structured, and transparent.
• Continuously evolve delivery practices to match the fast-moving needs of a modern tech environment.
🔧 What you bring:
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach).
• Confident facilitator, communicator, and servant leader.
• Passion for building empowered, collaborative, and outcome-focused teams.
• Solid problem-solver, especially when it comes to unblocking teams and managing risk.
• Experience managing multiple squads or projects in fast-paced environments.
• Jira power-user — you know how to make it work for the team, not the other way around.
• Bonus points if you have a Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
