Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training and onboarding for new clients across a digital product suite

- Foster client loyalty and satisfaction through proactive engagement

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across service lines

- Monitor usage, address issues, and provide tailored solutions

- Lead webinars, client calls, and targeted outreach activities

- Build long-term, value-driven relationships with a diverse client base

💼 What We’re Looking For

- 12+ months experience in client-facing roles, ideally in tech, legal or SaaS

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- A high level of self-motivation and accountability

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience ideal)

- A passion for helping others succeed with innovative technology

- Knowledge of the legal or conveyancing sector is advantageous
