As Head of Commercial – APAC, you’ll play a crucial role in accelerating growth across the region. This is a greenfield leadership role where you’ll drive commercial strategy, build client relationships, and develop partnerships with legal tech providers, law firms, and professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the APAC commercial strategy, from opportunity identification to execution.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with law firms, legal tech companies, and in-house legal teams.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to pitching, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the UK and global leadership teams to ensure aligned growth.
- Work alongside product and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery success.
- Represent the business at legal tech events and conferences across APAC.
- Monitor market trends and client needs, helping shape service offerings and growth strategy.
About You
- A proven commercial leader with experience in legal tech, SaaS, software development, or professional services.
- Deep knowledge of the legal industry in APAC, with strong relationships in law firms or legal tech.
- Experience selling development services, integration solutions, or B2B SaaS products.
- A hunter mindset with a consultative approach to selling and building long-term partnerships.
- Skilled at navigating complex decision-making processes with C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, product, and delivery teams.
- Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments.
- Based in APAC, ideally Sydney, with the ability to travel regionally.
