As Director of Client Growth and Retention, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, customer success, and business development — leading a talented Account Management team and contributing directly to executive planning. This is more than just a leadership role — it’s a chance to build, lead, and scale a client growth engine within a world-class LegalTech environment.
Your Role Will Include:
- Building and mentoring a high-performing Account Management team
- Driving revenue expansion and client retention across key SaaS offerings
- Designing a data-led customer journey model that aligns internal teams
- Acting as the voice of the client in executive planning sessions
- Fostering deep, consultative relationships with professional services clients
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success leadership (preferably in Legal SaaS)
- A track record of exceeding growth targets
- Experience building customer-first sales and retention strategies
- The ability to lead consultative sales conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Strong CRM and analytics skills (Salesforce preferred)
