About the Role
Our client is a well-established provider of nearshore software development services, delivering secure and scalable solutions to organisations across the Asia-Pacific. With a strong track record of supporting digital transformation, they’re now expanding their footprint in Australia.
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in this market. The role suits a driven sales professional with proven experience in consultative B2B selling, ideally within IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and client acquisition in Australia.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and social selling.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
Deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in consultative B2B sales (IT services, outsourcing, or software development preferred).
Strong business development, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
